MediTrack ("we", "our", "us") provides online appointment booking and clinic management software for clinics in Lebanon. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
From clinic staff (clinic owners, doctors, receptionists): name, email, phone number, and login credentials.
From patients booking appointments: name, phone number, and appointment details submitted through a clinic's booking page.
We do not sell personal data. Patient data submitted to a clinic's booking page belongs to that clinic and is only visible to that clinic's staff. We use WhatsApp's Business Platform (operated by Meta) to deliver messages.
Data is stored on secure servers. Each clinic's data is isolated and not accessible to other clinics using MediTrack.
