Terms of Service

1. The service

MediTrack provides clinics with an online appointment booking page and a clinic management dashboard (patients, doctors, schedules, billing) for a monthly subscription fee.

2. Subscription & payment

MediTrack costs $15 per month, paid via Whish or OMT. Subscriptions renew monthly. If payment is not received by the renewal date, access may be suspended until payment is made.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate clinic and contact information.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of patient and appointment data entered into your clinic's account.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential.

4. Medical disclaimer

MediTrack is a scheduling and administrative tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Limitation of liability

MediTrack is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MediTrack after changes means you accept the updated terms.
